​​Course Components
​​1. 30 hours FLEXIBLE, self-paced online classes

​2. 6 hours Driving Lessons and Evaluation
​with a Drive Right Instructor
Students should have 3 hours of basic experience before driver's education.

​​No IDOT driving test required with successful completion.
​Upon successful completion of components 1 & 2, students will receive their IDOT Certificate of Completion to get their SMRL or Intermediate License.

​Driving Locations for 6 hours of driving lessons:
State Center, Marshalltown, LeGrand, Tama
Garwin, Conrad, Meskwaki
Course B: NO REFUND POLICY
      Once the registration has been submitted, the student agrees to and is committed to complete the required online classes and to complete parent-led driving lessons.  The student's driving evaluation will then be scheduled.   Students are responsible to complete their course in a timely manner.  Driver's education should be a top priority for the student.  Refunds will not be issued for any reason.

Unexcused Absence from Driving Fee: $50
Notice of ANY absence must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled driving time to be considered excused.
